Hands Up Films launches!

We’re very excited to announce the release of ‘Nazi Boots‘, which signals the official launch of Hands Up Films!

Whatever the needs of your charity – from dramatic or straight documenting, to interviews and talking heads – we can pull together the right team for your project.

The same working model that we use for animation and web applies here, which means keeping overheads low and collaborating with a wide network of talented freelancers. Think studio quality without the price tag.

Please do get in touch if there’s a project you’d like to discuss.

Debs’ first feature AFRICA UNITED (Pathe; 2010) premiered to standing ovations in Toronto and London Film Festivals and earned her a Best Directorial Debut nomination at the BIFAs. As well as feature, Debs has made a wide-range of campaign and short film, shot all over Africa and Asia. She is currently developing TV and feature projects, both as writer and as director and we are thrilled that she collaborated with Hands Up on our launch film, ‘Nazi Boots’, made for the 70th anniversary for the Holocaust Memorial.
