SWLLC website

Using design and functionality to simplify offline processes by providing accessible online content

Part of the national Law Centres network, SWLLC provide legal information and advice to some of the most vulnerable people in South London. They needed a website that helped users find out if they were eligible for support and then provide the correct information when contacting the centre.

We took the best parts of the national brand to act as the basis for a bold and engaging visual identity, which was applied to a revised information architecture based on clear user journeys. A key part of the site was creating triage process to help users quickly navigate to the appropriate contact point based on their support needs.

We'd love to chat.

We are always up for a chat - whatever your need or budget, get in touch! If we aren’t able to help, we’ll probably know someone else who can.
